- Pressure Washing: The first step to a high-quality paint job, is a full exterior pressure wash! Removing all the loose dirt and grime assures the paint will adhear directly to the siding and trim. This cleaning step also helps to remove loose paint and ensures a smooth surface.
- Peeling Paint and Caulking: Prior to washing our crew througly inspects all areas of the exterior surface. We are looking for problems such as peeling paint, nail holes, cracks in siding, or rotting wood. Exterior surfaces take on a lot of damage from the sun and weather conditions. Any areas with these problems require immediate attention before any paint is applied.
Of course the preperation takes longer then the painting itself, but we take pride in following our proccess for the best long term results for our clients.
